Depending on how you look at it, islands are a natural habitat for most of the fish in our waters. Whether it's an island that people live on with towns on them, or an island out in the middle of the many smaller estuaries we have, each one has its own personality and can hold fish year round, or just certain seasons. This is another area where time on the water can make or break your day.
Basically, islands are above the water reefs, which have drops, pot holes, ledges, and all kinds of things that can hold a ton of fish, or just that one monster we might be looking for on your trip in the beautiful waters around this area.
Come see for yourself all the hidden places a big fish calls home! We are surrounded by these types of places around here!
